Rodgers & Hammerstein’s Cinderella – Teen Production (Ages 11–18)

Auditions: August 25 & 27, 5:30 PM – 9:00 PM

Location: 263 E Mill St, Akron, OH 44308

Call backs will be held August 27 if needed.

This is a full-scale teen production of Rodgers & Hammerstein’s Cinderella, open to performers ages 11–18. Experience is not required.

At auditions, students will:

• Perform a prepared 16-bar vocal selection from Cinderella

• Learn a short dance combination

• Read selected scenes from the script

Rehearsals begin September 3 and will be held:

• Mondays & Wednesdays from 5:30 PM – 9:00 PM

• Thursdays from 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM

Tech Week: January 12–15, 2026, 5:30 PM – 9:00 PM

Performances: January 16, 17, & 18, 2026

Production Fee: $400

Can be paid in full or in four monthly installments of $100

Scholarships are available

All cast members will also participate in a group fundraiser to help support the production.

This production workshop offers teens the opportunity to work in a focused, pre-professional environment while continuing to build their confidence, skills, and friendships onstage. We can’t wait to bring this magical story to life with our talented teen cast!
